At The Sunny Desk, every product is made with care and created especially for you. Because our items are made to order and often customizable, we maintain the following policies to ensure clarity and fairness for all customers.
Refunds & Replacements
Please read this policy carefully before submitting a request.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through The Sunny Desk are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless expressly approved by The Sunny Desk in accordance with this policy.
Submitting a refund or replacement request does not guarantee approval.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
All requests are reviewed individually and are approved solely at the discretion of The Sunny Desk.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
The Sunny Desk reserves the right to deny any refund request that:

Lacks sufficient supporting information.

Involves misuse, abuse, fraud, or chargeback abuse.

Shipping charges, payment processing fees, taxes, and other non-refundable costs may be withheld from approved refunds where permitted by law.
Replacement Requests
Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Clear photographs of any damaged, defective, or incorrect item (when applicable)
Replacement approval is determined solely by The Sunny Desk.
Approved replacements will be shipped using our standard fulfillment process.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Failure to report the issue within this timeframe may result in your request being denied.
The Sunny Desk may request additional photographs or documentation before making a final decision.
Digital Products
Due to the immediate nature of digital products, all digital downloads, printables, templates, memberships, and other digital content are non-refundable and not eligible for replacement once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
Coaching Services & Subscriptions
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:

Wellness coaching sessions already provided are non-refundable.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals only and does not refund previous payments or benefits already received.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing from The Sunny Desk, you agree to contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution.
If a chargeback is initiated for a valid transaction without first attempting to resolve the matter with us, we reserve the right to:

Contest the dispute with supporting documentation.

Suspend or terminate access to digital products, subscriptions, memberships, or coaching services.

Refuse future purchases where permitted by law.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the appropriate payment processor or law enforcement authorities when appropriate.
Review Process
Refund and replacement requests are generally reviewed within 7 business days, although additional time may be required depending on the circumstances.
The Sunny Desk reserves the right to request additional information before making a final determination.
All decisions regarding refunds and replacements are final.
