Refunds, Returns & Replacements

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products.

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at the sole discretion of The Sunny Desk.

Replacements

Replacement requests must also be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Approval is based on company discretion and requires:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item)

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, digital downloads are non‑refundable and not eligible for replacement.

Processing Time

We aim to review refund or replacement requests within 7 business days and will notify you once a decision has been made.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days so we can review your request.

Shipping Policy

We offer two types of fulfillment depending on the product:

Journals (Amazon Fulfillment)

Individual journals are printed and shipped directly by Amazon.
This ensures faster delivery and professional print quality.

Bundles & All Other Products (In‑House Shipping)

All bundles, stationery items, and non‑journal products are created, packaged, and shipped in‑house by The Sunny Desk.

Made to Order

Every product we sell — including journals, bundles, and custom items — is made to order.
Many items include personalization or customization, depending on the product listing.
