Affiliate Product Access & Promotional Codes

The Sunny Desk provides approved affiliates with promotional codes for product access, discounts, and affiliate tracking purposes.

We encourage affiliates to experience the products they recommend whenever possible so they can share authentic experiences with their audience.

Digital Products

Eligible digital products are provided at no cost to approved affiliates. If a digital product has an assigned purchase price, affiliates will receive a promotional code for complimentary access.

Web-Based Subscriptions

Approved affiliates receive complimentary access to eligible web-based subscription programs through a promotional code provided upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program.

Physical Products & Physical Subscription Products

Physical products and subscription products that include physical items are available for purchase with an affiliate discount of 30% off the initial order.

This allows affiliates to personally experience the quality, design, and value of The Sunny Desk products before sharing them with their audience.

As affiliates generate qualifying sales, additional discounts, promotional codes, complimentary products, early product releases, and other affiliate rewards may become available based on sales performance, engagement, and continued participation in the Affiliate Program.

The Sunny Desk reserves the right to determine eligibility for additional discounts, promotional offers, and affiliate rewards at its discretion.

Recurring Subscription Commissions

Subscription referrals can continue earning commissions each time a customer's subscription successfully renews.

Recurring commission rates range from 5% to 10%, depending on the subscription plan selected.

Recurring commissions are paid only when:

• The subscription payment is successfully processed.

• The subscription remains active.

• The payment is not refunded, disputed, reversed, or charged back.

Recurring commissions automatically end if the subscription is canceled, expires, or payments fail.

Affiliate Recognition

Outstanding affiliates may periodically receive complimentary journals, stationery, drinkware, wellness products, early product releases, or other appreciation gifts. These recognition rewards are provided solely at The Sunny Desk's discretion and are not guaranteed or earned after a specific number of sales.

Payouts & Tracking

All affiliate referrals, qualifying sales, subscription renewals, and commissions are tracked internally and reviewed for accuracy.

Affiliates are not required to use a separate dashboard. Commission updates, qualifying purchases, recurring subscription earnings, and payout notifications are communicated directly by email.

Payouts are issued through approved payment methods after the minimum payout threshold has been met and all qualifying transactions have been verified.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information capable of receiving funds.

Any processing fees, currency conversion fees, transfer fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the selected payment provider are the responsibility of the affiliate and may reduce the final payout received.

Only completed, verified, and non-refunded purchases qualify for commissions.

The Sunny Desk reserves the right to temporarily delay payouts for additional review when refunds, disputes, suspected fraud, policy violations, or unusual account activity are detected.

Welcome to the Affiliate Partnership Program. By participating, you are joining a performance-based partnership designed to reward authentic promotion and long-term collaboration.

These terms help maintain fairness, transparency, and program integrity for all participants.

 

Partnership Approval

All applications are reviewed prior to approval.

We reserve the right to accept, deny, suspend, or terminate participation at our discretion.

Participation may be removed at any time if activity is determined to be harmful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or inconsistent with program standards.

 

Commission Structure

Partners earn a standard 10% commission on eligible sales generated through approved affiliate links or promo codes.

Commissions apply only to verified, completed, and non-refunded transactions.

We reserve the right to modify commission rates, promotional offers, payout structures, or program terms at any time to maintain program sustainability and operational balance.

All commission tracking, reporting, and eligibility determinations are final and based on internal reporting systems.

Higher commission opportunities may be available in the future based on factors such as performance, engagement, sales volume, promotional consistency, or special partnership arrangements. Any increases are granted solely at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

 

Eligible Sales

Commissions apply only to valid purchases made through approved affiliate links or promo codes.

A sale is considered eligible when:

• Payment is fully completed
• The order is not refunded, disputed, or charged back
• The transaction is verified as legitimate
• The purchase is made by an external customer

Self-purchases, artificial transactions, fraudulent activity, or manipulation of tracking systems are prohibited and may result in commission forfeiture or account removal.

For subscription-based products or services, commissions apply only to successfully processed payments. Future recurring payments are not guaranteed and end if a subscription is canceled, refunded, disputed, or fails renewal.

 

Payouts

Payouts are issued through supported payment methods as made available by the program.

Partners are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate, active, and able to receive funds.

The minimum payout threshold is $25.

Payouts are processed on a 30-day cycle after the close of each earning period, once transactions have been reviewed and verified.

We are not responsible for delayed or failed payments caused by inaccurate, restricted, or inactive payment accounts.

Commissions may be temporarily held for review in situations involving refunds, disputes, suspicious activity, or fraud investigations.

 

Commission Integrity

We reserve the right to adjust, withhold, deny, or reverse commissions where necessary to maintain program integrity.

This includes situations involving:

• Refunds, disputes, or chargebacks
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or suspicious activity
• Violations of program terms
• Tracking errors, misuse of links, or code abuse

If a commission is later determined to be ineligible after payment has been issued, the amount may be deducted from future earnings.

All determinations regarding commissions and eligibility are final and based on internal records and reporting systems.

 

Promotional Standards

Partners are expected to promote honestly, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Misleading or false claims
• Fake urgency or deceptive marketing tactics
• Unauthorized discounts or pricing changes
• Brand impersonation
• Misuse of trademarks, brand names, or copyrighted materials
• Spam, harassment, or unethical promotional behavior

Violations may result in suspension, termination, and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

 

Disclosure Requirement (FTC Compliance)

All partners must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in promotional content as required by applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Social media posts
• Videos and livestreams
• Blog content
• Emails and written promotions

Disclosures must be clear, visible, and easy to understand. Example:

“I may earn a commission from purchases made through my affiliate link or promo code.”

Failure to provide proper disclosures may result in removal from the program and loss of unpaid commissions.

Partners are solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and disclosure requirements applicable in their region.

 

Professional Conduct

Affiliates represent the brand through their promotions and interactions with potential customers.

Participants are expected to maintain professionalism, honesty, respect, and ethical conduct at all times.

Any conduct that harms brand reputation, customer trust, or program integrity may result in immediate termination.

 

Termination

Participation in the program may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or suspected abuse.

If termination occurs due to policy violations, fraudulent behavior, or misuse of the program, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

Affiliates may leave the program at any time by discontinuing participation.

 

Program Updates

We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify any part of this program at any time, including commission structures, payout schedules, eligibility requirements, or partnership terms.

Continued participation in the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
