Payments & Invoicing

All services are:

  • Offered on a one-time payment basis via invoice

  • Payable in full before coaching begins

  • Non-transferable between clients

Coaching begins only after payment has been received in full.

No Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of coaching services, all payments are:

Final and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Time spent reviewing applications

  • Creation of personalized journal systems

  • Coaching materials and planning

  • Digital and downloadable content

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Client Responsibility

By participating in coaching services, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own progress and actions

  • Results are not guaranteed

  • Coaching requires consistency and participation

  • You understand outcomes vary by individual effort

The Sunny Desk does not guarantee specific emotional, financial, or life outcomes.

Communication

All communication is conducted via email unless otherwise stated.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

Extensions & Additional Services

Clients may purchase additional coaching cycles via new invoice if they wish to extend their program.

Each extension is treated as a separate service and is subject to these same Terms.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by The Sunny Desk, including:

  • Journal systems

  • Coaching frameworks

  • Prompts and worksheets

  • Written content and guides

are the intellectual property of The Sunny Desk and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.

Application Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

The Sunny Desk reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline applications

  • Recommend alternative coaching packages

  • Refuse service at its discretion

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Sunny Desk is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from participation in coaching services
