PURCHASES, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Please review these terms before purchasing a product, service, subscription, program, bundle, or other offering from The Sunny Desk (“TSD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Different offerings have different payment, cancellation, refund, replacement, fulfillment, and access rules.

By completing a transaction, you acknowledge the terms applicable to that transaction, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

1. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, shipping, scheduling, and other information necessary to complete a transaction.

By submitting a purchase, you authorize TSD or its authorized payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the applicable amount.

TSD may refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment problems, technical errors, pricing errors, fulfillment limitations, availability issues, or other legitimate business reasons, subject to applicable law.

2. SERVICES

Service purchases are based on the service description and scope presented at the time of purchase or otherwise agreed upon.

Once a service has been scheduled, work has begun, access has been provided, materials have been prepared, or resources have been allocated, cancellation or refund options may be limited.

TSD does not guarantee a particular result.

3. SERVICE CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of a service does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Depending on the service and circumstances, TSD may:

permit cancellation without a refund;
provide a partial refund;
provide a prorated refund;
provide credit;
reschedule the service;
charge an applicable cancellation fee; or
deny cancellation when the applicable cancellation period has expired or work has already begun.

Any specific cancellation terms presented when a service is purchased may control that transaction.

4. SERVICE REFUNDS

Service payments are generally NON-REFUNDABLE once work, access, preparation, scheduling, or service delivery has begun, except where required by law or expressly approved by TSD.

TSD may consider refund requests individually.

Approval of one refund does not create an obligation to provide the same resolution for another transaction.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIPS

Subscription and membership charges are billed IN ADVANCE for the applicable billing period.

Subscription payments are generally NON-REFUNDABLE once the billing period begins, except where required by law or expressly approved by TSD.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Cancellation and refund are separate requests and are not synonymous.

Where permitted, TSD may approve a prorated refund, partial refund, credit, early termination, or other accommodation at its discretion.

Proration is not guaranteed.

Any minimum commitment, notice period, payment schedule, shipping schedule, or plan-specific cancellation rule disclosed during enrollment will apply to that subscription.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are generally FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE after access, delivery, or download has occurred, except where required by law or expressly approved by TSD.

This may include printable products, downloadable files, planners, templates, worksheets, guides, educational resources, and other digital materials.

Refunds are generally not provided because of change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to use the product, failure to download after successful delivery, or incompatibility with a customer's device or software.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and determining compatibility before purchasing.

7. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS SOLD BY TSD

Physical products sold directly by TSD are generally FINAL SALE.

TSD does not provide routine returns or exchanges because of change of mind, customer preference, incorrect selection, failure to review product information, or similar reasons.

TSD does not offer routine exchanges.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from what was ordered, or presents another legitimate fulfillment issue, contact TSD promptly.

After reviewing the circumstances, TSD may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, provide:

a replacement;
a partial refund;
a full refund;
store credit; or
another reasonable resolution.

A request does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund or replacement.

8. TSD BUNDLES

Bundles assembled or fulfilled directly by TSD are subject to the physical-product terms unless the bundle listing states otherwise.

Because bundles may be specially assembled or prepared, cancellation, refund, and replacement options may be limited after processing begins.

If a component becomes unavailable, TSD may substitute a reasonably comparable item when appropriate.

TSD determines the appropriate resolution for a legitimate bundle issue based on the circumstances and applicable law.

9. AMAZON / KDP PRODUCTS

Individual TSD products may be available through Amazon or other third-party marketplaces.

When a customer purchases through Amazon, the transaction is subject to the applicable Amazon terms, return policies, refund procedures, fulfillment procedures, and customer-service process.

Amazon purchases should be handled through the applicable Amazon process.

TSD does not control Amazon's payment processing, fulfillment, return decisions, refund decisions, account decisions, or marketplace policies.

10. REPLACEMENTS — NO EXCHANGES

TSD does not provide routine exchanges.

For an approved physical-product issue, TSD may provide a replacement instead of an exchange.

Replacement decisions are made by TSD based on the circumstances of the transaction and applicable law.

11. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

TSD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, carrier disruptions, supplier disruptions, or other circumstances outside TSD's reasonable control.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

12. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers are encouraged to contact TSD about legitimate billing, fulfillment, or service concerns before initiating a payment dispute when reasonably possible.

TSD may provide order records, service records, communications, policies, fulfillment documentation, delivery records, and other relevant evidence to payment processors, banks, card networks, or financial institutions when responding to a dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of services, cancellation of orders, restriction of future purchases, or other lawful action.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights provided by applicable law.

13. PROMOTIONS & SPECIAL OFFERS

Promotions, discounts, coupons, giveaways, referral offers, and special offers may have separate terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, quantity limits, exclusions, or other restrictions.

TSD may modify, suspend, or terminate promotional offers when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

14. AFFILIATE & REFERRAL PROGRAMS

Affiliate and referral participation is subject to applicable program terms.

Commissions may be denied or reversed for cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, self-referred, or otherwise disqualified transactions.

TSD may suspend or terminate participation for fraud, deceptive marketing, misuse of promotional materials, violation of program terms, or other prohibited conduct.

15. POLICY CHANGES

TSD may update these terms from time to time.

The updated version becomes effective when posted unless another effective date is stated.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
