Subscription Cancellation & Termination Policy

Subscription Access

Subscriptions purchased through this website provide time-limited access to web-based programs and included digital materials.

Access begins immediately after payment is successfully processed.

Each subscription grants access for the specific duration selected at checkout, which may include:

  • 7-Day Access

  • 30-Day Access

  • 60-Day Access

  • 90-Day Access

  • 6-Month Access

  • 12-Month Access

  • 5-Month Featured Program (Upfront or Installment)

These programs provide prepaid access for a defined period and are not traditional month-to-month memberships unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation Policy

Because subscription access begins immediately upon purchase, cancellations do not generate refunds.

Subscribers may request cancellation or account deactivation at any time; however:

  • Payments already made are non-refundable

  • Partial refunds will not be issued

  • Prorated refunds will not be issued

  • Unused subscription time will not be reimbursed

Cancellation simply prevents future billing if applicable and/or removes account access upon request.

Access Period

Each subscription remains active for the entire duration purchased unless terminated for policy violations.

At the end of the access period:

  • Web-based program access will automatically expire

  • Members-only features will be disabled

  • Subscriber discounts may be removed

  • Premium access privileges will end

Any digital materials downloaded during the active period remain yours for personal use.

5-Month Installment Program

The 5-Month Installment Option is a payment plan for the full 5-month program.

By selecting the installment option, you agree that:

  • You are committing to the entire 5-month program

  • Payments will be processed according to the agreed billing schedule

  • Early cancellation does not cancel remaining payment obligations

If payments are missed or canceled:

  • Access may be temporarily suspended

  • Program access may be permanently terminated

  • The remaining balance may still be due according to the payment agreement

All payments made under installment plans are non-refundable.

Voluntary Account Deactivation

Subscribers may request account deactivation at any time.

However:

  • Payments already made remain non-refundable

  • No credits will be issued

  • Remaining access time will not be reimbursed

  • Installment payment obligations remain in effect if applicable

Account deactivation removes access but does not cancel financial obligations already agreed to.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscription access without refund if a user:

  • Violates platform policies

  • Shares login credentials with others

  • Redistributes program materials

  • Attempts unauthorized access to platform systems

  • Engages in fraudulent or abusive activity

Termination under these circumstances may occur without prior notice.

Payment Disputes

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that:

  • Immediate access to the platform constitutes delivery of service

  • Your agreement to the terms is recorded at checkout

  • Login activity, access logs, and download history may be recorded

This information may be used in response to payment disputes or chargebacks.

Accounts associated with disputed transactions may be:

  • Temporarily suspended

  • Permanently terminated

  • Restricted from future purchases

Customers are encouraged to contact support before initiating any dispute so the issue may be resolved directly.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a subscription through this website, you confirm that:

  • You understand that subscription access begins immediately upon purchase

  • You acknowledge that cancellations do not generate refunds

  • You accept responsibility for any installment payment commitments

  • You agree to the policies outlined on this page
